CLEAN ROOMS
Engineering and manufacture of systems and complements
Air treatment systems are essentially designed for environments that are subject to contamination hazards due to the presence of air-borne particles.
In addition to controlling the thermohygrometric values of the internal microclimate of these rooms, these systems also read and monitor the parameters related to filtration degrees (purity of the air injected into the room, ambient pressures and movement of air flows).
Having the availability of data on "quality of air and of its movement" and being able to monitor them is especially important in departments where production must be protected from external sources of contamination or, vice versa, if the neighbouring areas (and the personnel operating in it) have to be protected from the potential hazards associated to materials being processed. This obviously involves also taking into account the hazards originating from cross-contamination among different materials. To solve these issues, the company produces dedicated systems that meet specific requirements and offer a varying range of air contamination protection by means of laminar and non-laminar air flows.
These systems are manufactured in particular for the following industries:
- CHEMICAL and PHARMACEUTICAL industry
- COSMETIC industry
- FOOD industry
- MICROELECTRONICS industry
- PRECISION MECHANIC industry
- MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING laboratories
- RESEARCH hospital centres
The integration of these systems with the environmental modules of the STERILE SYSTEM enable the company to offer customers turnkey installations and solutions.
