To protect operators from the moving or hot parts that could potentially cause injuries, A. Morando has specifically designed a series of customised protections called "Shield System".

The so-called "Shield System" comprises: doors, opening tunnels, protection shells and sliding doors that can be installed in the most dangerous areas and equipped with safety circuit breakers to allow the equipment to be immediately stopped every time the related protection element is opened.

The same elements can also be used to protect sophisticated machinery from atmospheric agents and in particular from damages arising from accidental impacts, water contact or corrosive fluids.

The customised design comprises solid frames in aluminium or stainless steel, protection plugging in stainless steel mesh or transparent polycarbonates.

A. Morando also manufactures guards, with special aeration grids, to protect engines and equipment, along with high resistance static protections to delimit areas where trolleys transit.

Its range of production also includes light hardware, like elevated baseboards, customised ladders with adequate side protections, and steps and floors in non-slip material. The company also manufactures several customised accessories like cabinets, shelves, tables and washbasins, all in stainless steel.
